Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect, based in Chennai. The Project Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing architectural projects, coordinating with internal teams and clients, preparing submittals, and ensuring timely project delivery. The ideal candidate will also manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, ensure compliance with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards, and contribute to project planning and management activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture, including innovative design and project conceptualization capabilities
- Comprehensive understanding of Project Management principles and the ability to oversee multifaceted projects efficiently
- Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience with creating submittals for project documentation
- Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards and sustainable design practices
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Professional degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience in residential, commercial, or institutional projects within the architectural domain is an advantage
