Project Architect (4-6 years experience), New Delhi

We are hiring a Project Architect / Architect (46 years experience) to work on architectural projects from concept to completion, including design development, working drawings, GFC drawings, and site coordination. Based in New Delhi, this role involves leading projects, coordinating with consultants, and translating design intent into technically sound, buildable solutions.

What You'll Do

Lead architectural design development, working drawings, and construction documentation

Manage projects across stagesfrom concept design to execution

Oversee GFC drawings, tender drawings, and technical detailing

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities

Handle site coordination and resolve on-ground technical challenges

Ensure compliance with local building codes, NBC guidelines, and regulations

Mentor junior architects and support team collaboration

What We're Looking For

• B.Arch with COA Registration
• 46 years of experience in an architecture firm / design studio
• Strong experience in working drawings, construction drawings, and project coordination
• Ability to manage timelines, consultants, and multiple project stages
• Good communication skills and confidence in client-facing roles
• A strong design sensibility backed by technical clarity

Software Skills

Advanced:

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office, Rhino (+ plugins)

Working Knowledge:

Revit, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator

Familiarity with:

Environmental analysis tools, DesignBuilder, visualisation & rendering software
