Job Description

Responsibilities

To Support the Internal Audits, 5S Audits, ISO Audits or review with Engineers.
To identify the Energy saving equipment of the Site.
Develop quarterly, half yearly and annual plant shut down maintenance programs.
Awareness of Technical training / 5S Training given to Technical Team.
To Plan the Technical Manpower as per shift Schedule for Operations.
To Support on Emergency time like Breakdown, Planned and unplanned maintenance.
To visit shopfloor and peripheral project happening location.
To visit and ensure all the power related parameter within the range at 11KV HT substation.
Maintain a logbook of all activities providing statistics and reports as required.
Preparing the 52 weeks preventive maintenance schedule of all equipment's and electrical panels and mechanical equipment's.
Execution of 52 weeks preventive maintenance of equipment's and thermography of electrical panel.
Preparing and modifying the Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly checklist for all equipment's and panels.
Preparing the documentation of History card, PM checklist, Asset list and Equipment tracking list.
Ensuring the documentation updating of History card, PM checklist, Asset list and Equipment tracking list.
Executing of Load balancing in Electrical Panels, UPS, Transformer and BBT.
Executing of Improvement activity in electrical system.
Corrective action taken based on thermography report.
