We are seeking a Senior Project Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing project requirements, supporting project management activities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements and scope to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to track project progress and performance.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and improve project outcomes.
• Assist in resource allocation and budget management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 2-7 years of experience in project analysis or project management.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar tools).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
