Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end project management activities: Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing all the assigned Accounting, Finance or any other related projects.
- Closely work with India and US teams to manage and track their project requirements, negotiate a resolution of issues, and ensure tasks are completed according to an established timeline.
- Draw analysis from MS Excel reports, create dashboards / KPIs and provide observations / commentary to Senior Leadership team. Possess excellent MS Excel knowledge with an understanding of Power BI for analysis purposes.
- Work with different stakeholders and ensure the work timelines are met.
- Assist / lead in Process Quality Checks or ad hoc tasks.
- Follow-up / track action items to resolution.
- Update project plans & deliverables, as required.
- Track project performance / deliverables, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Create SOP and update regularly. Also, track TO DO list and ensure timely updating.
- Engage in and monitor process incubations / transitions, learn and streamline the processes.
- Manage risks through the identification of early warning signals, assessment & on-time escalation.
- Identify and escalate any scope creeps and delays to delivery managers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or Business, or any other technical field related.
- Strong knowledge of dashboard or models preparation in MS Excel / MS Access / Power BI.
- Basic understanding of program / project governance across a broad range of Project Management tools. Or have knowledge of Operations Management.

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
