Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
- Manage cross-functional and technical projects from end to end
- Track project issues, blockers, and milestones in a timely manner
- Coordinate with vendor partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and are within scope
- Escalate and address any issues or risks that could impact project delivery
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify and mitigate risks across various projects
- Provide regular status updates and assist in evaluating project performance against metrics
- Track and report project progress using appropriate tools and techniques
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with functional teams during all project phases (initiation, deployment, post-deployment)
- Hold regular meetings with core teams to ensure alignment and progress
- Assist with process improvements to remove gaps across multiple teams and functions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate project status and updates
Metrics & Evaluation
- Assist in evaluating post-project results and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Use metrics and KPIs to measure project performance and continuously improve delivery practices
