Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, monitor, and control annual budgets and project-wise cost forecasts.
  • Track and analyze overheads; ensure cost control and variance analysis against budgets.
  • Manage project costing, profitability analysis, and job cost reports.
  • Prepare and review MIS reports (monthly/quarterly) for management decision-making.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, fund utilization, and working capital requirements.
  • Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, ensuring timely billing, collections, and vendor payments.
  • Manage bank guarantees, lien requirements, and coordination with banks/financial institutions.
  • Ensure proper accounting entries, reconciliations, and adherence to accounting standards.
  • Oversee statutory compliances at construction sites, including books, records, and audits.
  • Handle taxation matters: GST compliance (returns, reconciliation, assessments), TDS deduction and filing, and other construction-related taxes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors; ensure timely closure of audit observations.
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends and risks, and develop corrective action plans.
  • Support project teams with financial insights to improve efficiency and cost optimization.
