Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare, monitor, and control annual budgets and project-wise cost forecasts.
Track and analyze overheads; ensure cost control and variance analysis against budgets.
Manage project costing, profitability analysis, and job cost reports.
Prepare and review MIS reports (monthly/quarterly) for management decision-making.
Monitor and manage cash flow, fund utilization, and working capital requirements.
Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, ensuring timely billing, collections, and vendor payments.
Manage bank guarantees, lien requirements, and coordination with banks/financial institutions.
Ensure proper accounting entries, reconciliations, and adherence to accounting standards.
Oversee statutory compliances at construction sites, including books, records, and audits.
Handle taxation matters: GST compliance (returns, reconciliation, assessments), TDS deduction and filing, and other construction-related taxes.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors; ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Analyze financial data, identify trends and risks, and develop corrective action plans.
Support project teams with financial insights to improve efficiency and cost optimization.
