Job Description

Manage and oversee the financials of multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Collaborate with project managers to track budgets, expenses, and revenue projections.
Monitor project costs and identify variances to ensure profitability.
Ensure proper allocation of costs and prepare reconciliations as required.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to project accounting.
Work closely with the accounting and finance team to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
Support audits and ensure all financial documentation is complete and accurate.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Accountant should be:

A qualified chartered accountant with 5 + years of experience
Strong exposure to project accounting / job costing
Experience in billing, revenue recognition, and cost tracking
Hands-on with month-end close and financial reporting
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
