Project Account Leader

14+ years of overall professional experience, with strong experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Experience in Program management/Project management/Business transformation, Strategy planning or similar roles.
• Experience managing or coordinating multiple projects.
• Experience working across different business and functional teams.
• Experience influencing people and driving work without having direct reporting authority.
• Experience in understanding, analyzing and evaluating technical requirements from a system and implementation perspective.

Skill set

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Project and program management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding and analysis of technical requirements.
• Ability to assess technical feasibility, dependencies and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior business leaders to understand business plans, priorities and upcoming projects.
• Forecast future resource and skill requirements.
• Influence Project Owners and PMs to align their plans with business priorities.
• Track important projects and ensure they are progressing as planned.
• Coordinate across different teams and functions to ensure smooth execution.
• Support leadership in deciding priorities when there are multiple projects and limited resources.
• Ensure projects are aligned with business goals and are delivering the expected value
