Job Description

The position is not evaluated hence the tentative JB is 10.

Technical Skills -

1. Capable of identifying and mitigating safety risks , Having HIRA , SOP , JSA knowledge for all works.
2. Capable of understanding and visualizing drawing.
3. Review of Shuttering Scheme and Bar bending Schedule and advise corrections
4. Resource and Job planning - Capable of drawing out quarterly rolling plans along with resources
5. Conversant to new technological advancements.
6. Conversant with IS codes for site execution and measurements.
7. Understanding of Quality management plans and Construction quality.
8. Basic understanding and knowledge of structural erection works.

Behavioral Competencies-

1. Proven record of being a good team player.
2. Quick decision making.
3. Manpower planning and management.

Job Specific Skills -

Various methods of Excavation and benching

Various methods of Rock cutting / Rock blasting / Control blasting

Conversant in precast constructions

Awareness of slipform techniques and basic checks.

Relevant experience in large process plants / Power plants

Experience with temperature-controlled concreting

Knowledge on Piling and various foundations
