Key Responsibilities
- Student Guidance & Mentorship
- Act as a mentor and first point of contact for students regarding academic and career-related guidance.
- Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins to understand student progress, challenges, and goals.
- Provide structured guidance, clarity, and motivation to help students stay on track.
- Escalate complex or sensitive student concerns to the Progression Manager when required.
- Student Engagement & Support
- Support and execute student engagement initiatives to enhance learning outcomes.
- Identify students who may require additional support or intervention.
- Assist in conducting mentoring sessions, group discussions, and student touchpoints.
- Collect and share student feedback to improve engagement and mentoring processes.
- Progress Tracking & Insights
- Maintain and update student progress trackers using Google Sheets and Excel.
- Assist in reviewing academic and engagement data for student monitoring.
- Share key observations and insights with the Progression Manager to enable timely interventions.
- Support additional responsibilities and extended working hours during peak admission periods, when required.
