Programming Trainer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Programming Trainer, based in Coimbatore. The Programming Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions on programming concepts, facilitating coding workshops, and mentoring students. They will assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the development of technical training materials. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with faculty to align training programs with industry standards and staying updated on emerging programming trends and technologies.

• Proficiency in Programming Languages such as Python, Java, C++, and other widely used programming languages.
• Strong expertise in Software Development, Algorithm Design, and Debugging.
• Experience with teaching, facilitating programming workshops, and mentoring students.
• Knowledge in curriculum design, training delivery, and technological tools for teaching.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills for effective student engagement.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. A certification in programming languages or teaching is a plus.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies, industry practices, and experience working in an academic or training environment is advantageous.
