Job Title: Programming Language Trainer (C, C++, Java, Python)

Role Summary:
Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering Live Online Training. The role focuses on practical training, content creation, student support, and ensuring high-quality learning outcomes. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of training or relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Delivery:
- Conduct Basic to Advanced training
- Train students on technical languages
- Use real-time business scenarios and simulation tools for practical learning
- Deliver sessions in simple and easy language
- Conduct practical assignments, case studies, and projects
- Handle student queries, conduct assessments, and provide 1:1 doubt-clearing sessions to ensure complete understanding.
Course Recording & Content Development:
- Record the complete course (Basic to Advanced)
- Create structured, module-wise video lectures
- Prepare practice data, case studies, and home assignment files
- Ensure high-quality screen recording and clear audio
- Update or re-record content as per latest updates
Academic Coordination:
- Coordinate with Academic and Operations teams
- Follow academic SOPs for training and recording
- Share regular updates on batch progress and content status
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of C, C++, Java, Python (Any one language in which you are expert in)
- Practical experience in C, C++, Java, Python
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Experience with screen recording tools
- Fluent in Marathi, English, and Hindi, with the ability to deliver training sessions in Marathi.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any Graduate
- Any technical Certification is an added advantage
- 5+ years of experience in training or related roles
- Experience in training institutes preferred
