An RPA UiPath Developer with Agentic AI skills designs hybrid automations. They blend traditional robotic process automation with Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous reasoning agents.

What You'll Do
- Include building self-guiding bots, crafting prompts, managing orchestration, and executing the [Build-Test-Deploy cycle].
- Key Job ResponsibilitiesAgentic AI Integration: Build sophisticated workflows that allow for autonomous reasoning loops, non-linear task execution, and decision-making on the fly.
- Prompt Engineering: Integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) into production by applying prompt engineering techniques to improve agentic accuracy.
- Hybrid Orchestration: Coordinate long-running processes by assigning reasoning and analysis to AI agents, while utilizing UiPath robots for reliable data entry and system interactions.
- Core RPA Development: Build reusable components, modular code using REFramework, and consume REST/SOAP APIs to replace or augment UI-based automation.
- Governance Guardrails: Establish safety guardrails for AI agents, analyze production telemetry to optimize stability, and maintain detailed technical documentation.

- Deep proficiency in [UiPath Studio] [UiPath Orchestrator], and [UiPath AI Center].
- AI Knowledge: Familiarity with agentic tools (e.g., Agent Builder, Autopilot, LangChain agents) and applying context-aware prompts.

Expertise You'll Bring
- Between 2 to 5 Years of relevant experience in a Programmer (Dev) or similar role.
- Strong, hands-on expertise in UiPath, Agentic AI, Robotic Process Automation.
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- Master's degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline
- UiPath certifications such as UiPath Certified Professional (UCP) or equivalent are highly desirable
- Certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Azure AI, or relevant cloud technologies are an added advantage
- Strong academic foundation in programming, automation technologies, software engineering principles, and system integration concepts
