About Position
We are looking for a hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Engineer to drive the development and implementation of enterprise Identity Governance solutions.The role is focused on building, customising, and integrating SailPoint IIQ, enabling scalable identity lifecycle automation and access governance aligned with modern IAM architecture.

What You'll Do
- (High-Level)
- Develop and implement Sail
- Point Identity
- IQ (IIQ) solutions in line with defined architecture and design standards.
- Build and enhance identity lifecycle workflows (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) to enable automated provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) models, including role hierarchy, entitlement modelling, and access policies.
- Develop and configure Sail
- Point components such as: Workflows
- Rules (Bean
- Shell/Java)
- Custom forms and UI elements
- Build and integrate Sail
- Point IIQ with enterprise systems such as Workday, Active Directory, and business applications.
- Develop custom connectors and APIs for application onboarding and real-time provisioning.
- Implement access request, approval, and certification processes within Sail
- Point IIQ.
- Contribute to application onboarding by developing reusable integration patterns and templates.
- Participate in design discussions and translate business
