Persistent is hiring a Programmer (Dev) (Between 5 to 8 Years) based in Pune for our Salesforce practice.

What You'll Do
- Senior Salesforce Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience in building and supporting Salesforce applications.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud, especially for healthcare-related use cases.
- Role focused on development, customization, integrations, and support (individual contributor role, not lead).
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedulers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Configure and customize Salesforce Health Cloud (patient/member profiles, care programs, timelines, data models).
- Work extensively on Salesforce Service Cloud features like Cases, Queues, assignment rules, workflows, OmniChannel, and service processes.
- Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and permission sets.
- Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations with external systems (healthcare systems preferred).
- Ensure accurate data handling using SOQL/SOSL, Data Loader, and Workbench.
- Support UAT, fix defects, and provide production support as required.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and other development teams.
- Required Skills 58 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL.
- Hands-on experience with Health Cloud Service Cloud.
- Experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing model.
- Good debugging, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Healthcare / Life Sciences domain exposure.
- HL7 / FHIR integration knowledge.
- Salesforce Certification (PD1, Health Cloud).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
