About Position
We are seeking an IAM Operations Engineer responsible for managing day-to-day Identity Access Management (IAM) operations, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access provisioning across enterprise systems.

What You'll Do
- Manage Joiner
- Mover
- Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes
- Handle user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications
- Resolve IAM incidents and service requests within SLA timelines
- Support IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD (Entra ID), Sail
- Point, Saviynt, or OIM, or inhouse custom platforms
- Administer SSO, MFA, and authentication policies
- Support User Access Reviews (UAR) and audit/compliance requirements
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and support continuous improvement
- Maintain documentation including SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base
- Identify and automate repeatable IAM tasks (JML, access requests, reporting) using scripting/tools
- Develop and maintain automation using Python, PowerShell, Java/Spring Boot-based services, or APIs
- Optimize workflows to reduce manual effort, improve SLA adherence, and enhance user experience
- Integrate automation with ITSM, IAM platforms, and identity workflows
Expertise You'll Bring
- Experience
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related area or equivalent relevant experience2+ years of experience in IAM or Security Operations
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, concepts, and best practices across networks, endpoints, and systems.
- Experience with IAM tools (Okta, Azure AD, Sail
- Point, Saviynt, OIM)
- Understanding of SSO, MFA, RBAC, and identity lifecycle
- Knowledge of Active Directory / LDAPExposure to cloud IAM (AWS/Azure IAM)
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
- Handson experience on Spring boot, Java, SQL, Python, Neo4
- JAbility to work in a 24x7 support environment if required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize incidents and operate effectively under pressure.
- Good communication and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
