The impact you'll make
Support application and service delivery operations across a complex enterprise application landscape. These roles will focus on managing critical administrative and governance activities. The Program Analysts will work closely with Delivery Managers, Service Delivery Managers, and Application Owners to help efficiently manage the overall application estate.
What You'll Do
Conduct and support compliance reviews, audits, and governance activities in partnership with application and security teams.
Own and drive PO/PR follow-ups, ensuring timely creation, approval, and closure in coordination with procurement and finance teams.
Support SOW and contract lifecycle processes, including renewals, amendments, and coordination with legal and vendor management teams.
Orchestrate and track multiple service delivery targets, ensuring alignment across delivery managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Partner closely with delivery managers and application owners to manage operational workloads, reporting, and governance activities across the application estate.
Provide operational support for ticket volume management, CIP initiatives, and extended BU support activities, including tiger team engagements
Maintain accurate documentation, dashboards, and reporting to support leadership visibility and decision‑making.
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in program coordination, service delivery operations, application operations, or IT governance roles.
- Strong working knowledge of procurement, contract, and compliance processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise or HR applications and/or custom business applications.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools, procurement systems, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across technical, business, legal, and leadership teams.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. On-site Flex you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. Virtual Flex you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
