A strong candidate will have 7+ years of experience managing large-scale transformation programs within Investment Banking or Banking Operations. Proven expertise in Client Onboarding, KYC, AML, Entity Data Management, and operational process improvement is essential. Experience leading global programs across multiple regions, managing budgets, governance forums, steering committees, vendors, risks, and dependencies is required. The candidate should demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, working with senior leadership, Operations, Legal, Credit, Sales, and Technology teams. A track record of delivering strategic change initiatives, workflow automation, operational efficiency improvements, and regulatory or control enhancement programs is highly preferred. Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams is important. Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and program delivery capabilities are critical for success in this role.
