  • Align programme delivery with enterprise Digital & Technology strategy
  • Govern and lead complex, multi-layered technology programme portfolios
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation, budget stewardship, and strategic prioritization
  • Drive operational excellence across all projects, with a focus on quality and compliance
  • Lead and motivate diverse project teams, instilling accountability and ownership
  • Manage change readiness and stakeholder communication across global teams
  • Identify and resolve risks early, ensuring uninterrupted programme delivery
  • Build internal capability and promote modern delivery methodologies
  • Maintain full visibility through structured reporting, dashboards, and governance frameworks

The Successful Applicant

A successful Programme Manager - Networks should have:

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field

12-15+ years in IT, including 9-11 years leading complex multinational network or infrastructure programmes

Handson experience in:

  • Global SDWAN deployments & ISP consolidation
  • Network segmentation & security zones
  • Hybrid cloud network transformation (Azure / AWS / OCI)



Strong technical grounding in:

  • Network governance, NPM/APM
  • Cloud connectivity (VPN, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute)
  • Highavailability design models



Deep understanding of IT Governance, Waterfall & Agile methodologies

Experience with frameworks: ITIL, COBIT

Strong communication, leadership, negotiation & conflictresolution skills

Expertise with project management tools

  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 highly preferred
