Key Responsibilities:

• Administration and configuration of Jira Data Center, Confluence Data Center, and Crowd.
• Upgrade and patch management on Linux-based platforms for Jira, Confluence, and Crowd.
• Implement automation solutions in Jira using Groovy and Python scripting.
• Translate functional requirements into technical configurations for workflows, permissions, notifications, and constraints.
• Provide analytical support and multi-task across projects and issues.
• Collaborate with global clients and teams, maintaining communication and operational documentation.
• Work with ITIL processes to ensure consistent support and service delivery.
