Role Overview

We're looking for a programmatic strategic media planner who can lead with insights, planning, and smart decision-making across programmatic campaigns.

This role is built for someone who enjoys solving business problems through media strategy, with execution as a supporting skill.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end programmatic strategy and planning for client campaigns
  • Translate business goals into full-funnel media strategies and channel plans
  • Build audience strategies, targeting frameworks, and budget allocation models
  • Develop proposals, forecasts, and data-backed recommendations
  • Work closely with AdOps teams to ensure accurate execution of planned strategy
  • Analyze performance and refine strategies based on insights and learnings

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in programmatic media strategy and planning
  • Hands-on knowledge of platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, Basis
  • Ability to connect data → insights → actionable strategy
  • Experience in client communication, presentations, and storytelling
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Shift: Night Shift (EST)

Mode of Work: Work from Office - 5 days

Location: Hyderabad
