Programmatic Media Management Trainee

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) | Experience: Fresher

Kickstart your career in digital advertising and programmatic media! We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to gain hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM) and campaign analytics.



🛠️ Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and extract actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the team to learn programmatic ad operations and best practices.
  • Support campaigns across display, video, and mobile app formats.
  • Analyze campaign data, draw actionable insights, and design dashboards to track performance trends.


🎯 Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline - 2025 Batch
  • Previous Internship Experience in a related field will be a huge advantage.
  • Strong communication skills – clear and confident in sharing ideas.
  • Comfortable with numbers and basic analytics.
  • Curious and proactive learner – eager to grow in ad tech and digital marketing.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks responsibly.

  • Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Prior work in product-focused or startup environments
