Director – Programmatic

About the Role:
As a Director - Programmatic, you will be a strategic partner to our clients, driving campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities. You will lead a team of specialists, ensuring the delivery of exceptional programmatic solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of programmatic specialists, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Develop and execute client-centric programmatic strategies, focusing on achieving KPIs and driving business growth.
- Own client communication and relationship management, ensuring clear and consistent updates.
- Proactively identify and pursue account growth opportunities in partnership with Account Directors.
- Leverage expertise in DV360 and other DSPs to optimize campaigns and deliver exceptional results.
- Utilize MMPs and analytics platforms to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Client Services and other channel teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize strategies.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high standards of quality.
- Experience on Media Planning and Programmatic deals is must.
Qualifications:
- 9 to 12 years of experience in programmatic campaign management.
- Proven experience managing and leading a team.
- Expert-level knowledge of DV360 and experience with other DSPs.
- Strong experience with MMPs and analytics tools.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic programmatic plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Excel and PPT skills.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends, implement cutting-edge technologies, and ensure adherence to best practices to maintain high standards of quality and innovation.
- Budget Management: Responsible for large scale budget management, and forecasting.
- A/B Testing and Experimentation: Design and implement rigorous A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to optimize campaign performance and identify winning strategies.
- Attribution Modelling: Expert knowledge of attribution modelling and it's effect on performance.
Skills Required
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Advanced proficiency in DV360 and extensive experience with other leading DSPs.
- Expertise in developing and implementing custom bidding scripts.
- Strong experience with MMPs and advanced analytics platforms.
- Exceptional client management and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute innovative programmatic strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Strong Budgeting and forecasting skills.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
