Roles and responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between clients and management for business executions.
- Build and maintain a strong working relationship with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure services and products are delivered to the client as per the projections and plan.
- Understand client needs and identify business opportunities.
- Develop customized programs to meet client needs.
- Provide client consultations about company products or services.
- Assess potential business risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Delivery of project responsibilities to time, cost and quality, accountable for full transition project
- Ensure appropriate reporting is in place to monitor the effectiveness of the project. Produce metrics on a regular basis for internal and external client consumption.
- Identify and manage changes in scope, obtain client buy in, identify further revenue opportunities.
Other
- Actively participate in Internal Organization activities Performance reviews, Process improvements, GCC Build methodology improvements.
- Share learnings, coach and mentor other team members.
- Provide Leadership oversight on the Organization initiatives focusing on value and cost benefit.
- Actively comply to training and compliance initiatives.
- Regular review of Service Transition processes, to ensure quality, consistency, and validity.
- Ensure commitment to achieving organizational and departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Overall experience of 14 years and above with proven Track record of managing complex and large IT application engagements.
- Prior experience in designing transition solutions for large engagements.
- Have excellent communication skills at all levels with the ability to convey complex information.
- Displays a thorough understanding of application management and transition services.
- Strong Presentation, Stakeholder Management, Communication & Facilitation skills with intense customer orientation
- An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge or certifications on ITIL, PMP, Prince2 and other similar industry specific standards.
- Adjusts and align positively to situations that involve rapidly changing tasks, shifting priorities, simultaneous demands, or transitions into new assignments.
- Takes a proactive, self-reliant approach, identifying and seizing opportunities and taking decisive action.
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- A business acumen with a strategic ability
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Understanding of Agile Methodology (desirable)
- Professional service delivery experience in a multi-national organization
