Role Overview
The Program Manager – Cross Sell will be responsible for driving cross-sell business across the CES channel by enabling product penetration across Assets, Credit Cards, TPP, and NPS. The role requires strong collaboration with central product teams, field sales teams, Risk/Credit, and analytics to deliver business growth, optimize conversion, and enhance sourcing quality.
The incumbent will act as a key enabler for revenue diversification, leveraging data-driven insights, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Delivery & Growth
- Drive cross-sell business across:
- Assets: Personal Loans (PL), Home Loans (HL), Car Loans
- Credit Cards
- Third Party Products (Mutual Funds – Cherry, KLI, ZKGI)
- NPS
- Monitor and drive co-origination opportunities across products within CES channel
- Support field teams in achieving business targets through structured interventions
2. Strategy & Planning
- Formulate strategies to maximize cross-sell penetration within corporate salary accounts
- Identify new opportunities and design scalable initiatives/lines of business
- Disseminate annual budgets to regions and track adherence
- Provide corporate-level and location-level targeted offers basis data insights
3. Data Analytics & MIS
- Act as a central repository and owner of cross-sell data for CES
- Generate and circulate weekly dashboards and performance reports across hierarchy
- Enable field teams through:
- Opportunity identification (PL pre-approved, CC base, NTB/corpsal book mining)
- Data-backed insights to improve productivity and conversions
- Build automated MIS/reporting frameworks for recurring requirements
4. Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with central and regional teams across:
- Product teams (Assets, Cards, TPP, NPS)
- Risk/Credit teams
- Sales leadership (Regional/Zone level)
- Address field-level challenges related to approvals, policies, and product positioning
- Conduct periodic reviews with the channel to understand business gaps and resolve issues
5. Governance & Quality Control
- Partner with Risk/Credit to ensure hygiene and sourcing quality, especially for Credit Cards
- Identify and resolve data mismatches/disconnects in cross-sell reporting
- Drive adherence to SOPs and enable process improvements through automation
6. Performance Monitoring
- Track region-wise and individual-level performance across cross-sell products
- Highlight trends, gaps, and opportunities through regular analytical insights
- Drive accountability through structured performance reviews
Eligibility & Requirements
- Experience in Corporate Salary / CES / Liability field roles with strong business understanding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to draw actionable insights
- Good presentation and communication skills (PowerPoint proficiency required)
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with flexible hours as per business needs
- Mandatory location: Infinity Office, Mumbai (non-negotiable)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in cross-sell / multi-product program management
- Exposure to automation tools / MIS development
