About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Program Support Intern to assist with program communication, stakeholder engagement, and operational coordination. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program management, admissions support, and stakeholder communication within a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program Communication Support

Support admissions and engagement activities through calls, follow-ups, and communication with students, schools, parents, and other stakeholders.

Monitor and respond to program-related email communications under the guidance of the Program Manager.

Address queries from students, parents, partners, and internal teams using approved communication formats.

Maintain accurate records of stakeholder interactions and follow-up activities.

Operational and Coordination Support

Assist the Program Manager in coordinating program activities and timelines.

Support scheduling, session coordination, and logistical planning for program-related initiatives.

Maintain operational trackers, checklists, and program documentation.

Follow up on action items with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

Provide on-ground and virtual support during key program milestones, events, and engagement activities.

Eligibility

Graduates from any discipline with an interest in education, communication, outreach, program management, or marketing.

Freshers and candidates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable interacting with students, parents, schools, and external stakeholders.

Good organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel, and basic digital communication tools.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
