Experience: 2–4 Years

CTC: 4–6 LPA

What you'll do:

• Manage and build strong customer relationships
• Handle client onboarding, training and ongoing support
• Resolve customer queries and issues
• Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement
• Maintain CRM records and prepare reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth program delivery
• Travel regularly to client/school locations

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable with regular travel
• Experience in Education/EdTech/Customer Success/Training is an advantage
