About the Role

We are looking for a Program Success Manager to manage school/client relationships and ensure the successful implementation, adoption and delivery of our education programs.

The role involves regular visits to schools/client locations, coordinating with school stakeholders, conducting training sessions, resolving issues and ensuring overall program success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with schools, principals, teachers and other key stakeholders.
• Handle school onboarding and program implementation.
• Conduct teacher/product training and orientation sessions.
• Ensure effective adoption and engagement with the program.
• Regularly visit schools/client locations and provide on-ground support.
• Understand and resolve school/client concerns and issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Monitor program performance, engagement and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with school stakeholders.
• Update CRM, reports and dashboards with program-related information.
• Support customer retention, renewals and long-term relationships.
• Collect feedback from schools and share insights with the internal teams.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Program Management, Education, School Operations or a related field.
• Experience working with schools, teachers, principals or educational institutions is preferred.
• Experience in teaching, teacher training, product training or conducting workshops is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Good problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple schools/programs and work independently.
• Comfortable with regular travel to school/client locations.
• Candidates from EdTech, Education, Customer Success, Program Management or School Operations backgrounds are preferred.

Travel Requirement

The role requires travelling to school/client locations approximately 18 days per month within a 150 km radius of Hyderabad.

Candidates should be comfortable with regular field travel.
