Job Description

Grow Your Staff is looking for a Program Success Manager for a US-based EdTech platform focused on student development and mentoring outcomes. This is a full-time hybrid position.

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with university stakeholders and internal teams.

Experience required: 4 - 6 years 

Time: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm IST (Monday-Friday)

CTC: INR 18- 24 LPA

Location: Near Malla Reddy University (Hyderabad)

Type of employment: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding of university partners, including platform deployment, workflow configuration, and implementation timeline coordination with stakeholders
  • Train faculty mentors and program coordinators through structured sessions, ensuring effective platform usage and consistent engagement
  • Guide students in maintaining profiles, setting goals, tracking aspirations, and actively participating in mentoring programs
  • Monitor platform adoption metrics such as profile completion, mentor interactions, and engagement levels, and proactively address gaps in usage
  • Generate dashboards and reports for institutional leadership, tracking student development indicators, and highlighting success stories
  • Drive continuous improvement by sharing insights with the product team and contributing to the development of best-practice implementation playbooks
  • Analysing data, creating dashboards and generating reports to measure program effectiveness and outcomes
  • Ensure the overall success of the university's mentoring program and establish a strong foundation for future institutional partnerships

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven 4+ years of experience in EdTech, university administration, program management, or similar roles
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, training & facilitation, and cross-functional coordination within institutional or program environments
  • Experience in driving program execution and platform adoption, including onboarding, user engagement, and performance tracking
  • High level of digital platform fluency and comfort working with technology-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with an ownership mindset and ability to manage end-to-end program success.
