Program Specialist (MSP)

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Shift: Day Shift

What You ll Do

Partner with Hiring Managers throughout the contingent workforce hiring lifecycle Manage requisitions, supplier engagement, candidate shortlisting, onboarding, and offboarding activities

Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing suppliers and internal stakeholders

Drive hiring delivery for semiconductor and engineering talent requirements

Track program compliance, SLA performance, reporting, and workforce operations

Leverage VMS platforms such as Beeline or Fieldglass to support hiring success

What Were Looking For

3-5 years of experience in MSP, recruitment, staffing, workforce management, or talent acquisition

Experience supporting semiconductor, engineering, or technology-focused hiring programs preferred

Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments

Hands-on experience with Beeline, Fieldglass, or other VMS platforms is highly preferred
