Programme Manager. Digital Skills. Bangalore.
We're Hiring: Programme Manager, Digital Skills, Bangalore, Going to School.
You will design and build curricula and content for digital, technical, and entrepreneurial skills for young people in Grades 6 to 10 across Bangalore's government schools. Offline to online. Hands-on to digital. Repair cafes, circular economy, sustainable skills, coding, tech, content that is practical, sequenced, and works in a classroom or outside, on the pitch, in the field.
You will also teach. You will be in schools, running sessions, testing what you have built, and refining it based on what actually happens when you put it in front of a twelve-year-old.
You will lead a team of tech experts and content creators who are already in schools, already energised, and need a Programme Manager who can match that standard and raise it.
What the role requires: Kannada and English fluency, written and spoken. Deep experience designing skills-based curricula for adolescents, offline, online, and the space between. Confidence teaching in a school setting. The ability to manage and stretch a motivated technical team. A genuine understanding of what young people need to complete their education and enter a changed world of work.
This is a building role as much as a managing role. The schools are where the work is tested and proved.
