Program/Project Manager 3

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage projects within the Global Operations function to address complex business challenges and deliver strategic outcomes.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve business processes, optimize workflows, and support key business strategies.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for leadership decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise communication and project updates for leadership teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee project execution, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and performance goals.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements and align initiatives with organizational priorities.
• Manage change control processes and ensure smooth project transitions through proper closure and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in project or program management.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the semiconductor or global supplier industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.
