Summary:

As a Program/Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. The role requires utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. This position demands continuous coordination and alignment with various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and achieve desired results within defined timelines and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain alignment with goals.
  • Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
  • Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and ability to apply agile methodologies effectively.
  • Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within project environments.
  • Ability to use project management tools and software to track progress and report status.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
  • Capability to analyze project metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
  • This position is based at our Mumbai office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
