Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the successful delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals. You will engage in strategic planning, risk management, and performance tracking to drive project success and enhance service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum. - Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello. - Ability to manage project budgets and resources effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
