Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and support company growth.
Process Optimization: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, reshape organizational structures, and streamline workflows for improved productivity.
Financial Management: Oversee budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation recommend solutions to improve profitability.
Learning and Staffing- Staffing, Bench Management, Resourcing and Recruitment coordination
Compliance & Governance: Ensure operations comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop staff to foster a productive and collaborative work environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with department heads and staff to resolve issues, manage projects, and drive operational excellence.
Customer & Vendor Relations: Oversee customer support processes, maintain relationships with partners and suppliers, and organize initiatives to enhance satisfaction.
Performance Management: Conduct staff reviews, develop performance metrics, and implement reporting systems.
Risk Management: Assess and mitigate operational risks, conduct regular audits, and ensure business continuity.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
10-15+ years of experience in business operations, project management, Training, Resourcing, Employee Productivity management, Learning, Employee engagement or a related role.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management ,operational tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are a must
