Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will manage the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Your typical day will involve defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating with multiple stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the project aligns with the strategic goals of the organization while fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their project management skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Avanade Scrum Project Management. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication strategies. - Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation plans. - Proficient in project management tools and software. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Avanade Scrum Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
