Your typical day will involve defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating with multiple stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the project aligns with the strategic goals of the organization while fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their project management skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Avanade Scrum Project Management. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication strategies. - Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation plans. - Proficient in project management tools and software. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Avanade Scrum Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
