Job Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will use standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring successful project delivery and adherence to SLAs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with the team to ensure high performance.
- Take responsibility for team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across other teams.
- Lead and oversee project planning, execution, and closure.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Program and Project Management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in risk management and developing mitigation strategies.
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
Additional Information:
- A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Program and Project Management is required.
- This position is based in Mumbai.
