Job summary
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Utilizing standard tools, methodologies, and processes, you will monitor and control service-level agreements (SLAs), ensuring project success. This role requires creativity in managing projects and delivering successful outcomes while engaging with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expert (SME): Expected to develop expertise in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries and manage the team to ensure successful project execution.
- Team Management and Decision Making: Collaborate and guide the team, taking responsibility for team decisions and ensuring high performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions impacting the project's success.
- Project Planning and Execution: Lead and oversee project planning, execution, and delivery. Ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the project's scope, quality, or timeline.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control within Discrete Industries, including deep knowledge of related modules and functionalities.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies to lead and execute projects effectively.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, ensuring successful collaboration across departments.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems to ensure effective integration and use of SAP functionalities in project execution.
- Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with SAP MM Material Management, enhancing your ability to manage and integrate material-related aspects into the project.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries, with significant experience in project and program management.
- Education: A minimum of 15 years of full-time education (e.g., Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
