Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your typical day involves defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address issues, and achieve desired outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in steering the project towards success by coordinating efforts and ensuring that all team members are aligned with the project goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular meetings to ensure all team members are informed and engaged. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to stay on track. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Strong understanding of system integration and data migration processes. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
