Summary:

As a Program/Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving business needs and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Play the Delivery Lead role on o9 implementation/AMS projects. Own end to end delivery of the implementation project. Own, maintain and track project plan. Ensure that all teams involved are progressing as per the plan. Identify and track risks & issues and ensure timely mitigation/resolution. Engage with client stakeholders (business & IT), different Accenture as well as other vendor/partner teams involved in the project. Periodically connect with stakeholders to provide project status updates and collaborate effectively to ensure smooth progression of the project. Manage track leads, scrum masters, test leads, release managers etc. and support them to deliver against project milestones. Report status to senior leadership.

Technical Experience

Minimum 14 to 18 years of experience of implementing/supporting o9 and similar other SCM software solutions in client environment. Should have played Delivery Lead role in at least 2 o9 implementation/AMS projects. Good understanding of business processes such as Demand Planning/Forecasting, Supply Planning, Production Planning, S&OP etc. Strong collaborator and team player with ability to manage and lead the team to successful delivery. Strong communication skills with comfort in speaking in front of business stakeholders and leadership.
