As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects aimed at achieving specific business outcomes. Your typical day will involve defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and effectively communicating with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address issues, and ensure successful outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in aligning project objectives with organizational goals, fostering collaboration among teams, and driving initiatives to completion while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
