Vedantu is looking for a ProgramProduct Manager to drive execution across our EPDA (Engineering, Product, Design & Analytics) organization.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role and a unique opportunity to get a 360 view of how a product-tech org operates at scale, while meaningfully contributing to both execution and product outcomes.
Role Overview:
This role sits at the intersection of business, product, and technology.
You will:
- Be the sole Product - Program Manager across the organization
- Handle 50+ incoming requirements daily
- Balance business asks vs product-led growth priorities
- Drive execution across teams while keeping leadership aligned
Over time, the role can expand into core product ownership and GTM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1] Product - Program Management
- Act as the central node across multiple business units
- Structure requirements into actionable execution plans
- Ensure timely delivery with strong cross-functional coordination
2] Impact Tracking & Analytics
- Define success metrics and track impact post-launch
- Build dashboards and drive data-backed decision making
3] Stakeholder Management
- Align with senior leadership on priorities and trade-offs
- Provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes
4] Product & Growth
- Contribute to product-led growth initiatives
- Support experimentation and feature execution
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in program / product / consulting / startup roles
- Strong execution & prioritization skills (can handle chaos without dropping balls)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities
- Comfortable with data, dashboards, and impact tracking
- Clear, structured communication
- High ownership and bias for action
