About the Role
TANUH AI-CoE is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Operations Intern to support various operational, communication, and coordination activities across the organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity for MBA students or recent postgraduates interested in program management, operations, analytics, and stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced AI and healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Knowledge Management
- Organize and maintain program documentation, reports, and knowledge repositories.
- Ensure information is updated, accessible, and systematically archived.
- Support preparation of presentations, meeting notes, and documentation.
Internal Communications
- Assist in drafting internal communications, announcements, newsletters, and updates.
- Coordinate communication between teams and stakeholders.
- Support content creation for internal engagement initiatives.
Data Analysis, Reporting & Dashboarding
- Collect, clean, and analyze operational and program data.
- Prepare periodic reports, summaries, and dashboards.
- Generate insights to support decision-making and program monitoring.
Event & Meeting Coordination
- Support planning and execution of workshops, meetings, webinars, and events.
- Coordinate logistics, scheduling, participant communication, and follow-ups.
- Maintain event documentation and attendance records.
General Program Support
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as required.
- Support cross-functional projects and special assignments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for timely execution of activities.
Eligibility
- MBA student (preferred) or postgraduate student in Management, Business Administration, Operations, Analytics, or related disciplines.
- Freshers and candidates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Available for a full-time internship commitment of 6 months.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
