Zycus is seeking a Program Manager – Implementation to lead end-to-end enterprise SaaS / ERP implementations for global customers. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex digital transformation programs across ERP, supply chain, procurement, finance, HR tech, CRM, or other enterprise technology platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and change management strategies, particularly for large-scale global rollouts and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end implementation programs for Zycus enterprise SaaS solutions across global customers.
- Drive successful execution of multiple enterprise implementation projects across diverse industry verticals and geographical regions.
- Conduct project kick-off meetings to establish objectives, scope, deliverables, governance structure, and customer expectations.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery by managing scope, timelines, cost, quality, dependencies, and change requests.
- Draft, review, and obtain sign-off on Statements of Work (SOW), project plans, and implementation deliverables.
- Lead governance cadences including weekly status reviews, steering committee meetings, escalation discussions, and stakeholder updates.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively while ensuring effective issue resolution and escalation management.
- Ensure efficient resource planning and cross-functional collaboration for successful project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Professional Services by implementing best practices, delivery excellence frameworks, and operational optimization programs.
- Drive AI-first implementation and delivery practices by leveraging intelligent automation, analytics, AI copilots, and modern collaboration tools to improve customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and project governance.
- Partner with internal product, delivery, and innovation teams to identify opportunities for AI-led process optimization and implementation acceleration.
- Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement by encouraging adoption of AI-powered tools, automation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making practices.
- Leverage AI-enabled project management approaches for risk identification, status reporting, resource optimization, and delivery insights.
- Foster a collaborative and innovation-driven culture by enabling brainstorming sessions and encouraging new ideas and process improvements.
- Travel periodically to customer locations for project discussions, workshops, requirements gathering, executive reviews, and implementation planning.
- Mentor and guide project teams through regular coaching, one-on-one discussions, and delivery reviews to ensure high performance and continuous learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10–15 years of proven experience in program management and enterprise project delivery within SaaS, cloud, ERP, or digital transformation environments.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end implementations for enterprise/global customers.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such procurement, supply chain, finance, HR tech, CRM, ITSM, or other enterprise transformation.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance models, implementation frameworks, and delivery best practices.
- Proven expertise in risk management, escalation management, and change management for enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong AI-first mindset with curiosity and adaptability toward emerging technologies, intelligent automation, generative AI, AI copilots, and modern digital transformation practices.
- Experience using AI-powered productivity, collaboration, analytics, or project management tools to improve delivery effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and process transformation using automation and AI-enabled approaches within enterprise delivery environments.
- Awareness of evolving enterprise AI trends and their impact on SaaS implementation, customer success, and digital transformation programs.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced global environment.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams and international customers.
- Experience working in SaaS product organizations or enterprise cloud transformation programs is highly preferred.
- Exposure to AI-led transformation initiatives, intelligent automation, or digital innovation programs will be a strong advantage.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, GEP, JAGGAER, JD Edwards, or similar enterprise SaaS/ERP applications will be highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
