About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager Revenue Management to drive pricing, revenue optimization, and sales process excellence across our Coliving business. This is a high-impact, business-critical role where you will identify revenue opportunities, iterate on pricing models, optimize sales funnels, and improve overall RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room).
The ideal candidate is analytical, business-minded, and thrives in ambiguity someone who can design strategies and execute with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Strategy & Pricing:
- Design, iterate, and optimize pricing and discounting strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Continuously monitor competitor pricing, customer segmentation, and demand trends to inform pricing decisions.
- Conduct A/B experiments on packages, offers, and bundling to improve monetization.
- Funnel & Sales Optimization:
- Track and improve lead-to-booking conversion rates through structured funnel reviews.
- Identify drop-offs and drive targeted interventions across tele-calling, site visits, and closures.
- Build visibility into key sales metrics and drive accountability across teams.
- Program & Process Management:
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve pricing, sales, and revenue processes.
- Build scalable SOPs, dashboards, and review mechanisms for ongoing optimization.
- Run structured business reviews with BU leadership to track performance and identify growth levers.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights on pricing elasticity, funnel health, and portfolio performance.
- Use BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or Excel models for simulations, forecasts, and business planning.
