Enterprise Program Leadership
- Has led large, cross-functional technology programs from planning through implementation.
- Experience coordinating multiple teams, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and dependencies—not just managing a single project.
Release Train Engineer (or SAFe Program-Level Agile Leadership)
- Has served as an RTE or equivalent, facilitating PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, dependency management, and program-level execution.
Top 3 Required Skills
- Program & Release Train Leadership – Proven experience leading complex enterprise technology programs and serving as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or in a similar Agile program leadership role.
- Cross-Functional Delivery Management – Ability to coordinate multiple teams, manage dependencies, risks, vendors, integrations, and drive initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Workday Financials/HCM Experience – Hands-on experience leading Workday Financials, HCM, and integration programs (implementation, modernization, enhancements, or ongoing delivery).
