Responsibilities
- Client Management: Ability to manage client relationships and expectations. Focus on delivering excellent service to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of project financials, including cost estimation, billing, and profitability analysis. Capability to determine the cost of implementation versus billing cost to ensure project profitability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a technical programme manager or in a similar role.
- Strong background in software development and technical project management.
- Familiarity with the MERN stack is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Financial acumen with the ability to analyse project costs and profitability.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): In-depth knowledge of the entire software development process, from conception to deployment. Ability to comprehend and contribute to the technical architecture of software applications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skillsthe capability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and clients.
- Project Management: Proficient in Agile methodology, capable of managing projects efficiently. Experience in project planning, execution, and delivery.
