About The Role
We are seeking a collaborative, proactive, and results-driven Program Manager to elevate our client experience and ensure seamless execution of projects and partnerships. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing programs while collaborating across internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a complex environment, is process- and data-driven, and has a strong focus on customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, define timelines, and track progress to ensure on-time delivery of projects with desired outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients across multiple departments, internal teams, and external partners to drive project alignment and successful outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product/tech, operations, production, and business teams to ensure smooth execution and process efficiency.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify project challenges, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Process Development: Build and refine processes and procedures that streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve client satisfaction.
- Metrics & Reporting: Define KPIs for projects/functions, monitor performance, and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, reports, and presentations for internal and client use.
- Ownership & Accountability: Take full ownership of assigned programs, driving them from initiation to completion with professionalism and high-quality execution.
