Program Manager, Trust and Safety

Role Responsibilities:

• Define and drive long-term product strategies, aligning them with organizational goals and business metrics.
• Manage relationships with senior leaders to understand their needs and provide clarity on technology roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams to influence and align product direction, resolving conflicts to meet objectives.
• Encourage innovation and risk-taking to solve challenges and deliver impactful solutions for Google.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 10 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Experience in IT service management, asset management, or enterprise IT products.
• Proven leadership experience managing or guiding high-performing product management teams.
• Experience delivering AI/ML solutions and addressing customer needs through innovative product designs.
